Whitfield – Hall Surveyors, Inc. was acquired by Mr. Williams in 1999, and serves as the President of the corporation.  Mr. Williams has over thirty years of Land Surveying experience, much of which has been supporting Civil Engineering and Land Development projects in North Texas.  Mr. Williams has guided the growth of Whitfield – Hall Surveyors for the past nine years and has been instrumental in bringing the most modern technology available to the company.  These include field crews equipped with robotic total stations and GPS RTK receivers, and survey technicians knowledgeable in cad software, and the production of surveys and final plats.
