Mrs.
Liebman offers a broad background of experience with
developments across the Metroplex. She is particularly
adept at resolving zoning, site planning, and development
issues. Mrs. Liebman works closely with her clients to
gain a complete understanding of each project’s unique
constraints and requirements. Her 18 years of experience
provides clients with results of well-designed, cost-effective
developments.
Mrs. Liebman’s area specialties are single family zoning/lot
design and retail/commercial site design. She can provide
thorough site feasibility investigations for commercial,
industrial, retail, residential - low, medium and high density
sites as well as color renderings for marketing purposes.
Her many of years of experience presenting development requests
before public agencies, boards, commissions, and councils is
outstanding. Additionally, her extensive familiarity with
municipality development requirements makes for an efficient
planning process.
