Tim Welch is the Founder and President. He specializes in
consulting civil engineering with experience in planning,
design, construction, project management and contract
administration. His experience encompasses many fields of design
with his primary focus in land development projects.
Mr. Welch has been responsible for the design and project
management of a wide variety of engineering projects with
innovative design and imaginative approach. He has
considerable experience on projects involved with the
Federal/U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, FAA, local and regional
municipal agencies, industrial/commercial/retail developers,
private and investment developers for single-family residential

His diverse background includes general construction experience
in single family area and in the commercial and retail area
working as a Construction General Manager in the tenant finish

In addition, he brings to the land development field his working
experience in local government. Currently, he is serving
his 3rd term as city councilman for the city of North Richland

engineering and political know-how enables Mr. Welch to bring to
the table a vast array of working knowledge. His political
experience gives him the insight into just how the “wheels turn”
in the public sector. This knowledge, in partnership with
his client, only eases the transition from an idea to fruition.
