INDUSTRIAL/DISTRIBUTION/COMMERCIAL
WAL-MART DISTRIBUTION CENTER - Hurricane, Utah
Civil Project Manager: Responsible for the development and
preparation of construction drawings for water, sanitary sewer,
storm drainage, telephone, natural gas, and primary electrical
routing to serve a 1.2 million square foot facility situated on
200+ acres. Researched all local, state and federal
permitting and plan review requirements and scheduled the
permitting activities for project tracking. Participated
in meetings with regulatory agencies to obtain permitting
procedures, design requirements, and coordination of utility
services. Assisted client in resolving land purchase
issues related to existing easements, encroachments, federal
protected wildlife. Responsible for supervising the design
team for the production of all civil construction documents
which included the design of interconnected detention pond storm
sewer system, domestic and fire protection water systems to
serve the facility; and a sanitary sewer system. Also
responsible for the coordination of the design with all building
disciplines including architectural, structural, mechanical,
plumbing and electrical; preparing the final specifications for
the site design package; storm water discharge permit (NPDES).

32 ACRE INDUSTRIAL SITE - North Richland Hills, Texas
Prepared feasibility report for the development of an industrial
park. This included alternate layouts and cost estimates.
PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT
RIVER PARK VILLAGE - Township of Roxbury, Morris County, New
Jersey
24.3 acre townhouse development (120 units) - Site planning for
preliminary site development, zoning, platting, engineering
design of streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer,
hydrologic any hydraulic analysis, and floodplain reclamation
study. Permitting of state regulated F-2 trout maintenance
river, which required strict design in soil erosion protection
and collection of siltation. Coordinate and permitting with the
COE on filling of on 0.731 acres of wetlands. Local
and state permitting with the State of New Jersey Shade Tree
Commission, Storm Water Quality Management Districts, and
Soil Conservation Service.
CUSHETUNK LAKE - Readington Township, Hunterdon County, New
Jersey
210 acre subdivision (Multi-development) - Site planning for
preliminary site development, zoning, platting, engineering
design of streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer,
hydrologic any hydraulic analysis, and floodplain reclamation
study.
RIVER BEND SUBDIVISION - Oakland, New Jersey
300 acre subdivision (Multi-development) - Site planning for
preliminary site development, zoning, platting, engineering
design of streets, water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and
hydrologic any hydraulic analysis.
NORTH ARLINGTON LEVEE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT - Arlington, Texas
Design engineer and project representative for the development
of 2000 acres of land to be reclaimed from the Trinity River.
Performed site engineering, hydraulic analysis, structural
design of culverts and pump station.
AMLI MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTAL - Ft. Worth, Texas
350 multi-family apartment included site plan, platting,
engineering of streets and utilities. Project under
construction.
FIRESTONE MULTI-FAMILY PROJECT - Ft. Worth, Texas
350 multi-family apartment located on the west side of downtown
Ft. Worth. Project included consolidating and rezoning 26
properties and vacating of four city streets. Project
under construction.
GREENWAYS AT HILLSIDE - Amarillo, Texas
640 acre master plan development for single family, proposed
school site, business parks, and commercial site.
Performed zoning and preliminary plat and preliminary
engineering.
WATER/WASTEWATER
1989 SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT - Hurst, Texas
Surveying, engineering design, construction staking and
appurtenant construction for approximately 3,200 linear
feet of sanitary sewer replacement in three existing
subdivisions.
WASTEWATER FACILITIES PLAN - Rosholt, South Dakota
Feasibility study of an existing wastewater lagoon system which
included site investigation, population study, monitoring of
daily effluent discharge, testing city's well water supply for
contaminates.
RIVER PARK VILLAGE LIFT STATIONS DESIGN -
Township of Roxbury,
Morris County, New Jersey
Design of two lift stations for sanitary sewer in compliance to
local, state, and Department of Protection Agency.
NEW SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM - Chaffee, North Dakota
Surveying, design, construction staking consisting of sanitary
sewer mains, lift station, and a 3-cell lagoon.
MUNICIPAL SANITARY IMPROVEMENTS - Graceville, Minnesota
Surveying and engineering design of lift station and 730 linear
feet force main to provide sanitary sewer extension for
residential development.
1990-91 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT - Hurst, Texas
Surveying, engineering design, construction staking and
appurtenant construction of approximately 3,000 linear feet of
public water main replacement in four different existing
subdivisions.
EAGLES RIDGE LIFT STATION - Trophy Club, Texas
Design of a duplex pump system to serve a 125 lot single family
development.
FEDERAL/U.S. CORP OF ENGINEERS
ELLSWORTH AIR FORCE BASE - Ellsworth, South Dakota
Site engineering and surveying for a maintenance building
addition which included appurtenant water and sanitary sewer
facilities.
USAF STRATEGIC TRAINING RANGE COMPLEX SITE 5 - Dickinson, North
Dakota
Site planning and engineering, performed excavation calculations
for the entire site. Design of sanitary sewer system
including sewer mains and the wastewater lagoons. Prepared
calculations and specifications in accordance with the Corp. of
Engineers requirements.
USDA COMPLEX AT NORTH DAKOTA STATE UNIVERSITY - Fargo, North
Dakota
Site planning and design of on-site utilities.
Coordination with architects, electrical, and mechanical.
EXPAND & RENOVATE MAIN EXCHANGE AT GRAND FORKS AIR FORCE BASE -
Grand Forks, North Dakota
Site planning and engineering, coordination with architects,
electrical, and mechanical expansion of the Main Exchange
building.
AVIATION
FUNCTIONAL AIRPORT REPLACEMENT - Leeds, North Dakota
Project management, coordination and design of a 3,600 linear
feet grass runway. Provided construction inspection,
density tests, prepared weekly reports of completed
construction, contractor's pay request, and engineering reports
to the Highway Department.
CITY OF NEW ROCKFORD 1985 AIRPORT PAVING PROJECT - (Tomlinson
Field) New Rockford, North Dakota
Upgrade an existing 60-foot wide grass runway to an asphalt
surface. Provided horizontal and vertical calculations for
3,600 linear feet of runway paving. Surface improvement entailed
25,000 s.y. of 4-inch HMAC.
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS - Canby, Minnesota
Resurfacing an existing 60-foot wide runway with HMAC surface
improvements on apron area.
MADDOCK AIRPORT RUNWAY DESIGN - Maddock, North Dakota
Survey, design and construction staking of 3,600 linear
feet of a grass runway.

Site engineering and earthwork calculations for runway and
taxiway.

Surveying of existing gravel streets, horizontal and vertical
control reestablished for the asphalt paving of 3,400 linear

Surveying and grading improvements to the existing high school
running track. Included regrading of perimeter of running
field with HMAC installation..
FRONTIER CULVERT STUDY - Frontier, North Dakota
Inspection and analysis of existing culverts to provide a
recommendation and cost estimates based field investigation.
CHAFFEE DITCH STUDY - Chaffee, North Dakota
Inspect and survey approximate 1.5 miles of existing ditches to
recommend a plan of action to alleviate ponding problems.
